Social Media Moderation Policy

Social Media

Public Strategies, Inc. dba TRUE Dads uses social media to connect with job seekers,
employers, and community partners across the state. Our goal is to build a welcoming online
community where people can learn about career services, get helpful resources, and stay updated
on local job opportunities and events.

Follow us, share your experiences, and join the conversation.

Channels

  • Facebook: Get updates on hiring events, career tips, training programs, and success stories from across Oklahoma.
  • Instagram: Explore photos, videos, and highlights from workforce events and hear directly from those finding new opportunities.
  • LinkedIn: Learn about job openings, employer spotlights, and resources for professionals and workforce partners.
  • YouTube: Watch video content to learn more about our program.

Community Guidelines

We want our pages to be safe, respectful spaces for learning and connection. While we welcome
questions, ideas, and conversation, we ask that everyone follow these guidelines to help us
maintain a supportive and positive environment.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Be respectful. We will remove any comments that are threatening, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or intended to harass others.
  • Keep it clean. Our pages are public and family friendly. Please avoid profanity and inappropriate content.
  • No spam or ads. We do not allow solicitations, promotions, or sales pitches for services, products, or organizations.
  • No illegal activity. Comments encouraging or suggesting illegal behavior will be removed and may be reported.
  • Stay on topic. Keep discussions focused on workforce services, career growth, and related community resources.
  • You’re responsible for your posts. Use your best judgment and remember that what you share may be public.

We may hide, delete, or report any comments that violate these rules or platform policies.
Repeated violations may result in being blocked from our pages.
